As a service Wollaton View has many successes, but we also make mistakes. What we believe in is a transparent culture and process in which we commit to sharing our mistakes with you as part of our learning process so that together, we can learn and improve what we do moving forward.

If you become part of the family at Wollaton View, either as a short-term resident in our City Care beds or a long-term family member on our Ground Floor, or as a relative, we pledge to keep you informed at all times and to involve you in decisions.

We have a transparent and open culture within Wollaton View and this underpins our learning and developing as a service. It echoes our values of honesty and the importance of trust within our home.
